“ We had a great experience here for dinner earlier this week! The menu was large and I’m indecisive so my husband and I ended up doing the tasting menu and added the wine pairing since we were celebrating our anniversary anyway which was a great choice! There was a note for us at the table congratulating us for our anniversary and everyone we encountered acknowledged it and were all very welcoming! Our main server was Zahari and he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the tasting menu and wine we were being served! Our other server was Nathaniel and he made sure our waters were never empty and even offered to take pictures of my husband and I because he knew we were celebrating our anniversary. All our food was fantastic and it was so fun to try a lot and I mean A LOT of dishes, we were stuffed! The meal wasn’t cheap but it was a great value and quality for the tasting menu, as well as the experience overall! We will definitely be back! ”

“ Great restaurant for Spanish cuisine in the Cosmopolitan hotel! We made a reservation ahead of time for a Monday dinner, but there was still availability the day of. The menu is extensive with lots of tapas. Our server recommended about 2-3 tapas per person. For 6 people, we ended up ordering 10 tapas and a cuttlefish paella. Everything was delicious! Some of our favorites included the fried potato, the chicken croquetas, a squid ink "paella" (it's actually angel hair pasta), and thin bread with anchovies. Each dish can probably be shared with up to 5-ish people for everyone to have a small bite. The service was very good, with food coming out relatively quickly and at a good pace. Lots of vegetarian options as well - if you let the restaurant know when booking, they will prepare a vegetarian menu for you. We wrapped up with some coffee and churros for dessert. Total cost was about 430 for 6 people after tip -- a bit on the expensive side but well within the price range of many restaurants on the strip. Overall, a great experience and would recommend for anyone who wants to try lots of small dishes! ”

“ Excellent food. Very fast service We visited on a Thursday evening. Called the restaurant while on our way since it was late. They said Restaurant closes at 10, and they'll seat us as long as we got there before 10PM. Got there at 9:56 PM and they seated us For 2 of us, we got the oxtail paella and 3 more tapas plates and that did the job. For one of the tapas plates, we wanted the neat medium well and it was perfectly cooked. Highly recommend. ”

“ Jalei is easily one of the best value-for-money tasting menus in Vegas. It's the 5th time we are here and the first to try the tasting menu. Almost every dish was delicious, and the wine pairing really elevated the experience. Whether or not you choose the tasting menu, don’t miss the steak and the flan, both were outstanding. ”

“ We had a wonderful dinner at Jaleo by Jose Andres that brought us back to our trip to Spain. Fantastic menu with lots of small plates and authentic Spanish dishes. Everything was vibrant and full of flavor. We took the waiters recommendations and orderd 5 different dishes. Started with crispy bread thins topped with ensaladilla rusa, Spanish white anchovies and piquillo oil. Salty, crunchy and perfect bite. Then we had oysters with Spanish pickled relish. Briny and bright finish from the relish. Next was a roasted pepper and eggplant dish with onions and a sherry dressing. Light with the perfect roasted flavor to enjoy and not be loaded down. The fun part of small dishes. We then had gambas al ajillo(shrimp with garlic). It had the perfect amount of garlic flavor with a bit of spiciness. Glad we had bread to soak up all the goodness. We finished with one of my all time favorite things, pulpo! Grilled octopus with potatoes, confit tomatoes and pimento sauce. We finished with churros and dark chocolate sauce. Everything was flavorful and delicious. Service was excellent, I highly recommended this restaurant. ”

“ I’ve always loved Jaleo, especially the D.C. location, but my recent visit to the Las Vegas restaurant was a bit mixed. All the tapas were beautifully presented and delicious — the flavors were great — but everything was noticeably too oily. In D.C., the oil is used much more sparingly, allowing the ingredients to shine through. PS: The patatas bravas were really good — probably one of the best versions I’ve had. For some reason, it’s surprisingly hard to find great patatas bravas at Spanish tapas restaurants, but Jaleo nailed it. That said, the experience was elevated by the fantastic staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our server even let us try the famous liquid olives and treated us to the chef’s dessert flan, which was a lovely touch. ”

“ Excellent experience that exceeded our expectations! We were a party of 4 that shared several dishes. Endive Salad was bright and refreshing. Pan con Tomate was grilled perfectly. The chicken croquettes were the best we’ve ever had and had a delicious filling reminiscent of pot pie. Fried without being greasy. The aioli and bravado sauce on the Patatas Bravas was perfect, fresh, and homemade. We ordered the House paella of the day which was chicken and vegetables. It had such great flavor with tender chicken and perfectly cooked vegetables. We also tried the omelette filled with onions and potatoes. We shared two desserts: the flan and olive oil cake with fresh strawberries. Both to die for. Perfection. The flan was light and creamy with the Best whipped cream ever! It had a hint of vanilla, orange, and cinnamon. Beautiful presentation. Excellent, attentive service. Our server Brittany was so knowledgeable about every menu item. She was attentive and friendly. We will be back if in town again. ”
